To optimize system performance and protect privacy, we have established the following data retention periods: Temporary Data (e.g., cache during generation): Retained for 30 days. Generated Stickers: Retained for 1 year. We recommend using LINE's backup function or downloading stickers to your local device for long-term storage.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

• No Refund Policy: This service provides digital content generation. Credits and subscriptions are considered used upon purchase and are non-refundable. Please confirm your needs before purchasing.
• Service Modification & Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.
• Account Termination: If you violate these terms (including but not limited to generating illegal content), we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the Service.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

• Content Liability: We respect your creative freedom, but you are solely responsible for the risks and legal liabilities of the content you generate. You agree not to use the Service to generate violent, pornographic, hate speech, infringing, or other illegal or unethical content.
• Service IP: The code, interface design, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the Service belong to our team.
• Generated Content License: You retain the rights to the generated images, but you grant the Service a global, royalty-free license to use the content to the extent necessary to provide the Service (e.g., storage, display to you).
• LINE Creator Market Disclaimer: The sticker export function provided by this Service aims to assist you in producing compliant files. However, we cannot guarantee that your work will pass LINE's official review. Before uploading to the LINE Creator Market, please be sure to read and comply with LINE's review guidelines and policies. We are not responsible for any rejection or account ban caused by violation of LINE's rules.

• Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or indirect damages caused by the use of the Service.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
